The Manufacturing Technology Centre (MTC) created an Industrial IoT testbed to showcase Industry 4.0 technologies. They selected Smartia as their IOT platform technology provider.
After
Electric pump at the MTC connected and data streaming to MAIO (Cloud). A successful demonstration, for manufacturing SMEs, of how Industrial IOT and AI is available to them without having to break the bank.
The How
- We worked with the MTC to obtain requirements and information on their target system (electric pump)
- This included controller type, protocols, tags and data capture rates
- Integrate the gateway to the controller
- Deploy MAIO (Edge & Cloud)
- Demonstrate remote monitoring, visualisation and machine learning form the data collected
